We Create Content

We Create Content is a Hanoi-based content marketing and branding agency led by Ian Paynton, JC Smith and Hà Nguy. The three partners have contrasting—often contradictory approaches. This inherent challenge within the practice is what underpins the strength and diversity of WCC projects.

I created an adaptive, modular identity which embraces the spirit of the agency. I have also been involved in the daily operation of the agency, including but not limited to art direction, general improvement, agency growth, organizing system, agency events, agency culture, habits, and so forth.

I have developed programs and side projects to nurture team members, fix working processes and building a positive and productive work environment. One of them was Get Inspired Day, a monthly session for learning, sharing, growing and the occasional gossiping.
