How streets inspire content? As with most hidden gems, street food restaurants in Hanoi can be hard to find. Some are tucked down Hanoi’s crumbling alleyways, guarded by surly old women who, fear not, can be wooed with just a whisper of Vietnamese.
In August 2019 we helped Caledonia Group (Chops, Durty Bird and The Fat Pig restaurants) to launch the Hanoi Street Food Passport, project to share the journey and gratitude tho this amazing city and its food. Inspired by the beauty on the streets of Hanoi - the Street Food Passport is created with the aim to resonate with a expats and tourists audience, while celebrating Vietnam.
